Dear Diary, I’m Anxious… and That’s Okay

Welcome to the place where overthinkers unite.
So… hi. 👋 If you’ve somehow landed here, there’s a good chance you know what it feels like to spiral over a text message bubble that disappears mid-type, replay that one awkward thing you said in 2014, or break into a sweat when the barista asks for your name and you panic because suddenly you don’t remember how to spell it. (It’s me. I’m the problem, it’s me.)
This blog is for us — the anxious, the overthinkers, the “what-if” specialists. Anxiety is something a lot of us live with every single day, but here’s the thing: it doesn’t have to be this big shameful secret we shove into the back of our brains. Nope. Around here, we’re normalizing it. Talking about it. Even laughing at it sometimes (because humor is basically free therapy, right?).
But we’re not stopping at memes and relatability. Each post is going to share tools and ideas to help actually work throughanxiety, not just sit with it while rocking back and forth in the corner. From grounding exercises to journaling prompts to “I-need-a-break” oversized sweaters (yes, there’s a shop, because anxious but cute is a whole vibe), we’re building a little toolbox together.
Think of this blog as your safe space:
-
No judgment.
-
No “just calm down” energy.
-
Just a community where being anxious is… normal. And where we’re figuring out healthy ways to navigate it, one deep breath (and probably one iced coffee) at a time.
So welcome. You belong here. Grab your journal, your comfiest hoodie, and maybe your weighted blanket. Let’s do this together.
— Always anxious 🤍
